DO YOU ALSO KEEP PIECES IN STOCK?

No. pré is determined to reduce waste by producing only upon individual order, hence, we do not stock items. Demand is created solely by our community, only then supply follows. It is the most efficient and direct link between marketing and production. However, we plan to launch a basic in-stock line of essential pieces next year, for costumers that cannot wait. 

HOW ARE YOUR PRICES CALCULATED?

The largest portion of the price you pay for our garments is always the production cost. We want our prices to reflect the true cost of making them and to pay everyone along the supply chain their fair share. Depending on the complexity of the design process, the order quantity, and the Edition number (i.e. is it a limited edition, a seasonal piece, or a part of our permanent collection) we add a percentage to cover our costs. That’s it.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship our garments in biodegradable packaging using climate neutral shipping by DHL GoGreen. Additionally, you will be able to choose between daytime (10am to 6pm) and evening delivery (6pm to 9pm). For our Berlin based customers, we offer delivery the same day that the garments arrive from the manufacturer. For our launch edition, shipping within Germany will be free of charge.

HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR SUPPLIERS?

We carefully audit each of our suppliers and demand full transparency. We choose audited (see above) suppliers over non-audited ones. However, small suppliers often do not have an audit, as it is an expensive procedure. This doesn’t mean that these suppliers are not responsible. But ultimately, the best audit is yourself: our transparency policy allows you to check the full supply chain for each Edition.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
FAIRTRADE AND ORGANIC?

While fair-trade is mainly a guarantee that workers, especially at the end of the supply chain, are paid a fair wage and guaranteed certain rights, organic is mainly a guarantee that environmental conditions are met.

WHAT AUDITS DO YOU USE?

At the moment, we only work with the GOTS Audit. This may vary in future campaigns and we will keep you posted and informed.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU PROVIDE?

Our payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal lets you choose between paying without having an account, by direct debit or credit card, and via your PayPal account. If you would like to pay via invoice, write us a message.

WHEN DO YOU CHARGE MY ACCOUNT?

We charge your account when the minimum order number has been reached and the time of the Edition has ended. Until then, you can withdraw your order at any time. You can manage your orders in your account.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Just like most other online stores, you can return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days after delivery. You will be refunded the full payment immediately. However, we’d like to reiterate that each product is produced explicitly upon your order, which is how we maintain our model. A high number of returns will lead to higher prices for everyone. Therefore, we ask you kindly to choose well and to order only after considering our detailed product descriptions and using our size guide. This will guarantee you the best fit.
